The memories of multiple events that I responded to continue to haunt me through the day and night. I am always on guard or hypervigelent. I do my best to talk myself through things. Sometimes it works and other times my Anxiety goes high.
I try to meditate and think about good things. However, the images of the events especially the helicopter crash plays in my brain like a broken record, and trying to make sense of things. There are days I wish it would stop.
Do you have tools that you use to help you out when you are always on guard? What are they? Do you have questions for me?
