Brian's Journey with PTSD

Family and I are at Hyatt Lake for a vacation. Need one of these. All the stressors of this world really push my buttons.

The fires here in Oregon have been really bad. The smoke set me into memories of dead bodies. My anxiety is high, and seeing things that are not there. Very tired, so hopefully this vacation will be the recharge I need.
